How is PMAPS upgraded?
Clients are notified via email when, both version upgrades, as well as quarterly updates or patches are available. These upgrades and updates are available via a single file download from our secure FTP site. The email contains instructions on how to implement the changes including all the necessary documentation. Upgrades are designed to be seamless and any user specific preference or customization you have developed within PMAPS is maintained during the upgrade process.
