Debra Smith, who was associated with the organization at its inception, is now PERG’s Director. PERG is composed of Senior Research Associates, Research Associates, Research Assistants, and administrative staff. Several Lesley graduate students have also worked for PERG as Research Assistants and AERA Fellows. Please refer to the PERG staff page for more information about individual staff members.
