How is payment made for treatment services to the Center for Sleep Medicine & Nightmare Treatment?
All payments are the responsibility of the patient receiving services, and all fees for treatment services must be paid at or before the date of service. If a credit card is used, then payment can be made on the day of the consultation at the completion of the appointment.
