50% of the rental is due as a deposit. The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee and a $500 refundable deposit is due 60 days prior to your rental start. I accept PayPal transfers and personal checks. Ten days after your rental, the $500 security deposit, less any damages or missing items, will be returned.
