How is Pastor Seth going to give leadership to all the HMCC churches while he is half way around the world?

Currently, the global pastoral staff (pastors of all HMCC locations) meets twice a week via phone conference. They will continue communicating with each other in this manner. Hopefully, technology and the cost of teleconferencing will improve so that we can utilize this avenue as well. Pastor Seth is also planning on returning several times within the year to continue giving direction and leadership to the churches in the U.S.
