How is Park Cities Career Solutions different from a Recruiting agency?

I work exclusively for YOU whereas Recruiters work for the companies that pay their recruiting fees. The job of a Recruiter is to find new opportunities and then submit candidates for those positions. Recruiters often have insight into companies and know about positions that are not advertised. If you are a fit for one of their positions, they will contact you. However, due to the Recruiting model, they work with 150-200 job seekers at all times and only 3-5 people can be submitted to any one position. Not favorable statistics during a time when fewer positions are available. I work for YOU! My goal is to find YOU the best opportunity and ensure that you have the competitive advantage to get that opportunity. I work with BOTH companies that pay Recruiting fees AND the companies that don’t.
