How is ownership of a Club Cabin evidenced?
Each Member receives an undivided, 1/6th deeded interest in one of the Club’s private Club Cabins. Title is evidenced by a fee simple warranty deed to a specific Club Cabin, which is recorded and guaranteed by a title insurance policy. Club Cabin Members also have a common interest in all Club Cabin furnishings and all Common Areas, including the spring-fed trout pond and the 50-acre meadow preserve at the heart of Hidden Meadow Ranch.
