How is ownership in the club evidenced?
Title to your ownership is evidenced by a real estate deed to an undivided, deeded eighth or sixteenth interest in a two-, three- or four-bedroom residence at the Front Four. It is recorded and insured by a title insurance policy, subject to Governing Instruments. Like most other forms of real estate, this interest can be placed in a trust, sold or willed to other individuals.
