How is OSRAM Australia supporting the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF)?
In conjunction with the NBCF, OSRAM Australia has adopted a ‘pink’ theme in the production of selected products exclusive to the Foundation. Three years ago, OSRAM Australia first developed their pink light globe to raise funds for the NBCF’s Porches in Pink initiative. Each year, during Breast Cancer Month (October), thousands of Australian homes are lit up with pink OSRAM light globes, raising essential funds for breast cancer research. In 2007, OSRAM Australia developed a portable light with pink packaging in support of the NBCF. The Pink DOT-it is a portable light that operates with batteries, and has three bright LED lights and stick-on backing. More information can be found at www.osram.com.au.
