On Demand programming is available any time of day – you choose from a menu of thousands of movies and shows and start them when you’re ready. Timeshifting means that you have access to channels from different time zones, so if you missed a TV show at 4pm in Toronto, you can catch it at 7pm on the Vancouver feed of the channel (4pm PT).
