NuKlear can be brushed, rolled or sprayed onto surfaces. For exterior decks, we recommend back brushing NuKlear into the wood after spraying. This works the product into the wood surface. Two thin coats (one to prime and one as a topcoat) give the best protection. Clear NuKlear comes in a 2-gallon kit which includes 1 gallon of primer saturant and 1 gallon of topcoat). Tinted NuKlear is a combination primer and topcoat. With either formulation you must apply the second coat within 30 minutes of the first.
