How is NSight structured?
There are three levels to the NSight hierarchy: the Executive Body, the Mentors, and the Peer Supporters. They all exist to aid the frosh. • Executive Body: consists of a Chair and several minions others who are responsible for shaping NSight activities and structure. The execs are responsible for maintaining the website, corresponding with inquirers, organizing NSight-wide events, paying for NSight-wide events and selecting Mentors and Peer-Supporters from the applicant pool. • Mentors: are the “front line” of NSight as they have the most direct contact with frosh. Mentors are part of a group of two or three, and each group is responsible for a group of first years. Mentor responsibilities include maintaining contact with frosh, oragnising events, responding promptly to requests or questions and keeping the executive body up-to-date with group goings-on.
