How is NAN paying the attorney representing NAN? Could there be a potential conflict of interest?

The lawyer is obligated to the party that hired him regardless of who pays the bill. This is similar to hiring a buyer’s rep that gets paid by the seller, for buying a house. To be absolutely cleaar, the NAN Steering Committee passed the hat to pay our Attorney a small retainer to ensure that he has been hired by NAN, for NAN. In additon, we have a signed engagement letter with him. We have agreed with Caffey/Titan that they will pick up the ocst of the attorney as well as our other expenses that we have incurred (web hosting, copying, etc.).
