How is my subscription affected if a customer deletes an application?
Deleting an application does not cancel a subscription. There are two scenarios. 1) If the customer deletes the application from My Apps within V CAST Apps, then the customer will receive the following message: “This application has a subscription. You have X days remaining, If you want to delete this application, please cancel the subscription first by going to My Apps to cancel the subscriptions. Upon cancellation, the app will automatically be deleted from your device.” 2) If the customer deletes the application from a location other than My Apps (ie. downloads folder, home screen, All Applications screen, etc.) then the customer will not see this warning screen.
