How is my SUBenefit calculated?

0

The purpose of the SUB Plan is to supplement state UC benefits while you are on a layoff. If you have at least one year of seniority (as defined in the SUB Plan) as of your last day worked, your SUBenefit is equal to 95% of your weekly after-tax pay, minus $30.00 for work-related expenses not incurred. If you are a non-core employee, $15.00 will be offset for work-related expenses not incurred. Your SUBenefit is also offset by state Unemployment Compensation (UC) benefits and other compensation received for the specified week.
