How is my NYU-ePoly course structured?
All NYU-ePoly courses have the Course Home Page as the starting point when you log in. The content of the Course Home Page includes an introduction to the course and will differ by design depending on your instructor. The Course Navigation Bar is located on the left hand side of the screen. This is where you can navigate within a course from 1 module to another, module to content item, or vice versa. Modules are folders on the Course Navigation Bar containing lecture material and activities. Content Items fall under the Modules on the Course Navigation Bar. Click on a specific Module to expand all of the content items within it. The content items may be lecture materials, readings, quizzes, homework, and other activities. The Course Tool Bar is located at the top of the screen on all NYU-ePoly courses. Here, you will find tools such as the dropbox, gradebook, e-mail, and chat.
