Unlike store gift cards or gift certificates, the Navy Federal Visa Gift card enables the recipient to choose where they spend the money on their card. The recipient is not limited to just one store, they can use it at several stores and even online wherever Visa Debit cards are accepted in the United States and on U.S. military bases. Embassies, consulates and U.S. terrortories are excluded.
