How is Mr. Bs keeping up with technology?
Every time you turn around in today’s world, there is another computer, waiting to assist you. You may even have to work with one, either at home or at work. Computers make tasks easier and quicker to complete. As technology changes, we change. We have recently replaced our 3 computers to help aid in serving our customers faster and more efficiently. All of our customers are inputted into the computer by phone number and name. This allows us to keep track of the needs of our customers and holds information on appliance models and parts. Our phone system has also been upgraded to include an answering machine after hours so that you can leave your information at your convenience and one of our office personnel can get back to you the next business day.
