How is morphology measured in the SQA-V?

0

The SQA-V normal morphology parameter is based upon research correlating NORMAL morphology with normal motility parameters. The parameter reported by the SQA-V correlates quite well to manual methods when the reported value is applied as a screener for “NORMAL” vs. “ABNORMAL” morphology. If the value reported by the SQA-V is in the abnormal range, MES recommends that a detailed, manual morphology assessment be performed.
