How is mineral replenished organic produce grown?
Nu-Harvest uses high rates of minerals as well as natural compost which enables the plant to “build” its own vitamins. Research by a Russian researcher, in the 1940s showed that this combination produces higher levels of vitamins and minerals than achievable with usual organic practices. These healthier vitamin and mineral – enriched plants also make our bodies healthy. We use ONLY organic-approved sprays after planting to control pests and diseases and are currently in the process of becoming organic certified.
