How is mental health and substance abuse handled in the Total Health Plan?
The Total Health Plan provides network coverage for mental health and substance abuse. There is no deductible. The plan pays 85% of the covered expense. There is no coverage for non-network care. Mental health/substance abuse covered is administered by CIGNA Behavioral Health. Mental Health and Substance Abuse costs are not applied to the deductible, out-of-pocket maximum or the Healthcare Fund.
