Results of the NCLB English Proficiency Collection are used to fill the AYP_LEP field (Field 33) on test records posted in Student Staging. Students not proficient in English or transitioning students (students who have been exited from an LEP program on or after 8/15/2008) are included in the LEP subgroup for 2009-10.
