How is MC certification leveraged?
One of the objectives of MCs is to reduce certification costs by leveraging. This is provided by two mechanisms. The first mechanism is obtained by securely leveraging the certified objects (which have a non-zero certification cost factor) with objects which are per se uncertified (i.e., have a zero certification cost factor) but which share a common hash or signature.
