How is MBT different from a personal trainer?
Like a personal trainer, MBT will provide you a customized step by step workout based on your goals with detailed instructions (if need be). This isn’t rocket science. However, I have found that most people don’t need someone to hold their hand in the gym (for $60-150 per session). What they do need is someone to make sure they get to the gym. (Besides, who says your iPod along with MBT echoing in your head can’t pump you up? It will!) Not to diminish the value of a trainer, but far too often people forget that 80% of their results will come from what they do in between their workouts (outside of a gym setting)! While working out is integral to your overall well being and success, if you’re eating poorly, you’ll never see (or feel) the results from your workouts.
