How is market time on a listing calculated?
Market time is calculated from the List Date to the Current Date. Once the listing status changes to Pending or Closed the market time calculation changes to List date to the Contract Date. If the listing expires the market time ends at the expiration date. If the property was on the market 90 days prior to the listings List Date, and it wasn’t in a CLOSED status, all the market time from the previous listing will be added to the current listings market time.
