MailMonitor for SMTP is configured using a text file (mmsmtp.cfg). You must alter the text in this file to change any of the options. In Windows this file can be opened using Start|Programs|Sophos|MailMonitor for SMTP|MailMonitor for SMTP Configuration. In Unix you should open it with a text editor. All of the available configuration options are described in the manual. Currently, you must restart the service in Windows, or restart the process in Unix, to pick up any changes that you have made to the configuration file.
