How is MailLink licensed?
MailLink is licensed by “named user”. Users are defined in MailLink by entering users’ email addresses (e.g. jsmith@acme.com), by importing user names and addresses into MailLink’s User table, or by selecting user names from your email system’s address book (this option applies only to MAPI users). Once a person is defined as a MailLink user, that person is authorized to generate work requests and can approve work requests if assigned to an approval routing by the administrator.
