How is Luxury Home Consultants paid?

Luxury Home Consultants will negotiate a fee of no less than 3% for our services. 99% of the time, you will purchase a home that is listed with a Traditional Realtor that is listed in the Multiple Listing Service. In the rare instance that a fee of less than the required 3% is offered, we will negotiate our fee without it getting in the way of a successful acquisition of the property.
