How is lunch served in the cafeteria?
Dominican’s cafeteria is under the management of Piccadilly Contemporary American Kitchen. Hot lunches, served everyday, include “Chef’s Specials” such as red beans and rice, Southern chicken, and spaghetti and meatballs. Other favorites include the chicken sandwich, french fries, and crispitos. A complete salad bar, as well as bagels, yogurt, cereals, breakfast bars, muffins, fresh fruit, and juice is available. During exams, breakfast is offered, including bacon, eggs, grits, and biscuits. Students may also bring their own lunches. Microwaves and vending machines are available for student use. Dominican does not participate in the federally-funded school lunch program.
