LIUNA and affiliated contractors create collective bargaining agreements for worker pay and benefits. As part of those agreements, funding is provided to support LIUNA member training through local training centers and the LIUNA Training and Education Fund. LIUNA Training also receives federal grant support for worker skills and safety training.
