How is Lexite™ made?

0

Lexite™ is formed by combining unique layers of different materials held together by formulated binders made specifically for Lexite™. The outside shell, or exoskeleton, is a coated recycled paper layered with recycled glass microspheres and held together with a proprietary binder. The inner Lexite™ core is a dense mixture of foam, scrap rubber from tires and recycled fillers. Lexite™ is folded and filled on high speed production lines, cut to size and then held on cooling racks. No post production finishing is required for Lexite™.
