As comapred with laser hair removal, electrolysis need more number of sessions for effective treatment. For complete hair removal electrolysis requires up to one year or longer time.

But laser hair removal requires only 3-5 sessions to completely remove hairs. Laser hair removal is comparatively cheaper than electrolysis and safe.

Laser hair removal gives best results compared to IPL or Electrolysis because of following reasons :

– IPL uses lasers which are not accurate and have risk of burning. And electrolysis is done by a hair-thin metal probe which is slid into a hair follicle. But Laser treatment uses pinpoint lasers which avoids unwanted burning of skin. So it is safer and less painful also.

– IPL needs 6-12 sessions for about 80-85% reduction in hair growth. Electrolysis takes 15-25 visits to get the desired results. While Laser hair removal takes only 4-6 sessions for about 80% reduction in hair growth. So it is Faster.
