How is Kids Help Phone governed?
Our Board of Directors is comprised of a Chair, Vice-Chair, Past-Chair, representatives of our three constituency groups (chapter volunteers, corporate sponsors and the social services community), plus up to four Members at Large. The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing the organization’s long-term directions and policies, developing annual objectives and monitoring the progress of the achievement of those objectives. The President and CEO is responsible for operations.
