How is Kadaj able to become Sephiroth in the end?
With the Jenovian cells all seperated, the amount that existed in the SHM alone was not enough for Sephiroth to return as himself and act directly through his own body. But when Kadaj acquired the remainder of Jenova, he was able to meld with it, giving the extra amount of cells needed for not only Sephiroth’s spirit to be present, but for he himself to return.
