How is Jobs Daughters organized?
The structure of Job s Daughters functions on three levels. The Supreme jurisdiction is formed internationally with membership in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Australia, and the Philippines, and new interest is growing throughout the world. The second level is that of the Grand jurisdictions that exist in state, provinces, or territories with large enough memberships to function somewhat independently of the Supreme Guardian Council. The third level is governed by the Grand and/or Supreme Guardian Councils. It is the local Bethel. Pennsylvania is a special place for Job s Daughters because of the Mary Etta Wright Grand Bethel and Grand Guardian Council. The Mary Etta Wright Grand Bethel was formed under the direction of the Grand Guardian Council to promote the growth of Job s Daughters in Pennsylvania.
