A2. DMS DIRECT operate a back order system that allows users to place orders in advance of material being available. At present this facility is also available via the web-based Stock order System which is why you can order stock we currently do not hold. If stock is unavailable, only back orders are created. The period you may have to wait for your back order to be fulfilled will depend on the re-order cycle within your company.
