How is it possible to get Adam from Little Sister?
There are few known options. You can kill her which will provide you with a large amount of Adam, but you will have to face her Protector and force yourself to execute an innocent children. Second option is to threaten her so she will give you some Adam to let her go. Third option is to befriend her. It’s been also confirmed that you can make her think that you are a Big Daddy. It is uncertain whether the last two options are in fact the same one or not.
