How is it maintained and serviced?
POS Solutions Plus currently supports many clients that require 24/7 support. The service contract for all locations during the first year is included in the system pricing. After 1 year, we offer optional hardware and software support & training service contracts. For those non-contractual customers; our service may be obtained for the current hourly rate for hardware support, including travel time, plus parts. Because of the integration between the Hardware, Application Software and the WindowsXP Operating System, it would be difficult for an outside source to support the entire system. Our software supplier in Atlanta, GA provides direct phone modem support to clients that have no dealer in their respective territories, and maintain the software support agreement. The service contract includes all facilities and your corporate office. The UPS protects the system against power surges and outages. Our technical support specialists respond immediately to pager calls when paged. The tec
