How is it linked to COYA and/or KABA?
The winners of the Company of the Year Awards (COYA) and KIM Business Awards (KABA) will now be determined based on their OPI rating. Through the introduction of the OPI, we have separated the assessment process from the awards ceremonies, making COYA and KABA the culmination of the OPI process. The awards ceremonies are optional activities that we invite the participating organisations to consider taking part in.
