How is it determined whether the work will be done on an hourly basis or as a contracted job?
The scope of work can will play a role in determining the direction a particular job will take. The general rule of thumb is that if the work is expected to take less than one day to complete, and the materials needed are already purchased or are already known and may be picked up by our Home Repair Specialist; it is considered a time and materials” (hourly) project. If it is expected to take longer than one day or materials need to be ordered, you will be scheduled for a consultation where you will receive a computerized estimate and a contract to complete the project.
