How is it decided who is eligible for the Angies List Super Service Award?
The criterion for determining eligibility for the Angie’s List Super Service Award varies based on the size of the chapter and how long Angie’s List has been there. An Angie’s List chapter must be established for at least one year prior to any company being considered for the Angie’s List Super Service Award. Each eligible company must: • Maintain an “A” Total Overall grade (average of all reports since start date on the List) • Maintain an “A” Current Grade in the category in which they are eligible (Current Grade is the average of all reports in a specific category within the past 3 years) • Maintain an “A” during the reporting period 11/1-10/31 with the minimum # of reports in the category in which they are eligible (View report requirements here) • Must be in good standing with Angie’s List (good standing with Angie’s List means a company is not in the Penalty Box, and has not engaged in any activity that would affect availability on the list, e.g.
