How is it best to influence PCT decisions?
Effective PBC requires clinicians and health service managers to work in partnership to develop or re-design services within the local area. If you have proposals for change, you should make them to your PCT, and then prepare a business case in discussion with them. Early and regular dialogue with your PCT provides a strong platform for the partnership required. It is a win-win situation.
