Each horse that is registered with IPWHR is not being shown padded and chained and is not being shown so sore that it is being ticketed for HPA violations. That HAS TO BE A HELP! Each owner who elects to pay no more dues to TWHBEA is cutting down on the amount of funding that TWHBEA can contribute to NHSC (National Horse Show Commission), Political Action Committees, lobbyists, and all of those who choose to support the sored horse venues. That IS supporting Sound Horses!
