INFORMED CAREERS only works with Executives and specializes in providing support designed and customized to best meet their needs. We deploy a proven and disciplined process for enabling them to find new positions in a more efficient and effective basis. Our Coaches are all practical and experienced in deploying a process and the support needed for Executives to implement their search process. Our experience as Executive Search Consultants provides an in depth knowledge of what hiring managers desire and how to work with their recruiting teams as well. We also find that Executives generally prefer our one on one coaching over group sessions to discuss their personal search objectives and strategies. Participating in networking groups is encouraged, but we generally recommend pursuing industry and professional networking events rather than groups of job seekers for our Executive clientele.
