How is Information Passed from Inbound Call Handlers to the Scripter?
• The Scripter receives the data in the form or the attribute/value arrays. • There are no SQL requests being performed by the client as this has already been accomplished by the Update Server. • Once the outbound call has been received by the agent, the Scripter queries the Dialer server for cached data related to the call. • The data is then sent to the client in the form or the attribute/value arrays. • The Scripter will then look at the defined fields in the HTML form and set any matching fields to the appropriate value.Note: There is not built-in automatic support for more than one call list table per campaign.
