It’s really quite simple. Once a question is posted by a member, it is automatically broadcast e-mailed to the entire listserv membership. Answers to each question are also automatically broadcast e-mailed, so that everyone benefits from the information exchange. Other than posting questions to the website, the majority of information exchange is done automatically from a members desktop e-mail. That’s the beauty of a listserv.
