There are several methods for transferring Images to TAMOnline. • Images can be scanned on your local workstation using your existing hardware and software. Then they can be batch transferred to TAMOnline via the TAMOnline Upload Center. Once the files are transferred, the TAM Image Router functions the same way it does on a traditional network. Consult the Image Routing for TAMOnline document for more information. Image files can also be emailed to your @insuremail.net email account and manually saved to the TAM Unrouted Image folder. • A single image can be acquired directly from a scanner (TWAIN-compliant) and automatically transferred to TAM running in a TAMOnline session. This functionality is made possible through the Virtual Channel application, developed by Applied Systems. The Image Router Acquire workflow on TAMOnline is almost identical to the workflow on a traditional network.
