For more than a decade the firm has grown on average at about 15 to 20 percent per year. After pausing during 2002, IBSI is back on its historical trend line, showing strength in all regions. In the last five years alone, our revenue has doubled. During this same period, we have added 11 offices. Internal surveys have shown that consultant satisfaction has increased for four years in a row. And 96 percent of our staff indicated they are proud to be at IBSI. Our engagement pipeline is strong and focused on our long-term clients, and we are aggressively recruiting to serve this demand.
