How is “house” defined for the purposes of registration/qualification?
The definition of houses includes detached, semi-detached, row and townhouses with not more than two dwelling units in each house (e.g. duplexes, or houses with a basement apartment). This creates flexibility for building officials and designers qualified in the “House”, Plumbing – House” and “HVAC – House” categories.
