No other referral service does that. c. We don’t allow contractors to pay to be included in our network, unlike other referral services. Only those professionals meeting our high standards are allowed onto our network. d. We are the local experts and know the area. We live here, we know the climate, we know the environment and understand many homeowners’ needs in this area. e. Because we are local, we don’t pay a lot of money for advertising to a national audience. The fee we charge our contractors is only for work we find them and is very low compared to other referral networks.
